Image and Imagination
(some of these images will enlarge if clicked on. Apart from the image of 'Sun on Puddles' all of these photographs were taken on my kitchen table, using crepe papers, hessian, silver foil and sand. The luminosity was provided by torch and lamplight and the creative aspect began as I downloaded the images onto my computer screen. Apart from the smudge tool and colour filter on adobe the actual images have not been photoshopped a great deal and some remain as they came off the camera.)

Image and Imagination explores the theme of inner landscapes. The essentials of landscape; the moon: sun: stars: mountains: valleys and water all figure strongly as archetypal symbols in a series of images, that are a product of imaginative play working through the unconscious.
